ZONING CASES
Hold a public hearing to consider a request for a Special Use Permit for a campground. The applicant is also requesting a variance to Article 7, Section 7.7-2(a)3 to allow for a 50-foot buffer to be encroached by a gate and gravel area; Section 7.7-2a(2) to allow the campground to have access to a local street; Standard Detail 210 to eliminate the need for a deceleration lane.
Hold a public hearing for a request to rezone 7.45+/- acres from AG (General Agriculture) to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) for office and retail uses. The applicant is also requesting variances to Article 10, Table 10.1: Minimum Buffer Width Between Abutting Districts to reduce the buffer from 30 ft. to 5 ft. along the eastern (rear) property line and reduce the buffer from 30 ft. to 11 ft. along the northern (side) property line.
Hold a public hearing to consider a request to rezone 0.26 +/- acres of property from R-40 (Single-Family Residential) to GC (General Commercial) for a landscaping business.
